New Study Shows How To Get A Girl To Sleep With You

Here’s a tip to get a girl into bed; wear a tuxedo!

That’s right, women are more likely to have sex with men who wear tuxedos, especially younger women.

According to a new study, millennial women are twice as likely to sleep with a man if he wears a tuxedo compared to women 35 years and older.

The study was done by Harris Poll on behalf of Generation Tux, a new tuxedo rental company founded by Men’s Wearhouse ex-CEO George Zimmer. 1,192 women participated in the online survey in early February 2016.

Why do women find men in tuxedos irresistible? I’ll let the CEO and Founder of Generation Tux, George Zimmer explain;

“There’s nothing quite like a suit or tuxedo to enhance your evening, and with Generation Tux, we’ve got men covered. Having outfitted hundreds of thousands of men, I have always believed that women love a well-dressed man, and these survey results confirm what I’ve seen throughout my four-decade retail career. I’d like to think that tuxedos make us better people… at least for a night.”

Tuxedo Study Results

– Millennial women age 18-34 are more than twice as likely to sleep with their date if he’s wearing a tuxedo compared to women age 35+ (24 percent vs. 10 percent, respectively).

– Four in five (80 percent) American women agree that there is nothing more romantic than a man who knows how to dress up right.

– Millennial women and women age 45-54 are more likely than those age 65+ to say that a man wearing a tuxedo on their dating website profile picture catches their eye (41 percent and 40 percent vs. 26 percent, respectively).

– Half of Millennial women, ages 18-34, say that a tuxedo is the sexiest thing a man can wear.

– Women living in the Western half of the United States are more likely than those in the Northeast to think a man dressed in formalwear would make a proposal more romantic (67 percent vs. 54 percent, respectively), as well as enjoy going on dates that require formal wear (49 percent vs. 36 percent, respectively)

– Two-thirds (66 percent) of Millennial women agree that a man dressed in formalwear would make a marriage proposal more romantic.

– Millennial women (59 percent) are more likely to enjoy going on dates that require formal wear than their older counterparts age 35+ (35 percent).

Final Thoughts

Do I think this study is valid? So much so that tomorrow afternoon I plan on walking around all the local colleges in San Diego in a tuxedo.

Well, that may a bit extreme, and of course, I am joking, but I think the study has merit.

It’s easy to question a survey that was sponsored by a tuxedo company which found wearing a tuxedo gets you laid.

But here’s the thing, I’ve had women tell me they find men in tuxedo’s sexy in the past.

Tuxedo’s are elegant and classy. Think James Bond.

When you wear a tuxedo, you are showing a woman how well you clean up and come across as dapper.
