I want to show you how women view your profile. You could be undermining your efforts with women by displaying red flags you may be unaware of.

What specific red flags could a woman see on your dating profile?

I looked on various forums on dating sites and I also posted a few threads myself where I asked women for examples of online dating red flags they see.

There were a lot of responses to my thread. Too many to list, but I gathered some of the good ones. You’ll notice that many are similar complaints. All of the comments below were written by women.

“I pass on desperation, bros, cliché fests.”

“Hedging language (“Hmm, not really sure what to say here”, “I hate writing about myself” etc) are a pretty big turnoff…”

“If his about me said “just ask” I would never message him.”

“Lots of negativity in a profile is an automatic turnoff…”

“Well written with attention to grammar and spelling.”

” I make sure there’s nothing that indicates he’s only after sex…”

“..I’ll often dismiss guys for what they dislike – whether that’s hating my favorite music or being jaded about past dates.”

“Profile without the fucking clichés like “laid back guy looking for a partner in crime.”

“90% of their page is about how much they hate their ex or love their kid.”

“Imperfect spelling and grammar. It doesn’t have to be English perfect, but it does have to be consistent with grammatical rules of an existent language.”

“I hate drama.”

“Don’t message me if..”

“If only I had someone to cuddle with….”

“..rants about women/dating/how he’s so nice but can’t catch a break..”

“I’m so busy with my career/cross fit/marathons/poodle” that I never have time to do anything. If you say you’re that busy in your profile how will I ever meet up with you?”

Most guys don’t realize the amount of red flags they have on their profiles.
